Preventative Maintenance
We've seen first hand the benefits of routine maintenance on waste oil heating equipment. Cleaning the ash out of your heat-exchanger and maintaining your burner assembly promises a long healthy life out of your equipment and reduces the headaches that can occur during the cold months. Humidity during the summer months, mixed with an uncleaned piece of equipment can greatly reduce the life of your unit. We have a number of difference PM plans available.
Service Calls
Service calls will inevitably occur. Heating with used oil is never 100% bullet proof, which is why we recommend a summer cleaning. Our service crew does our very best to respond to service calls as quickly as possible. However, we respond in the order of which calls are received. Many times we can have a technician to your location within 48 hours, but we cannot guarantee this on all occasions. We appreciate your business and as always, strongly recommend having a back-up heating system.
